Introduction

I recently visited the Thai food stall “Thai Food” located in the Marche Thonglor food court, about a 10-minute walk from BTS Thonglor Station. I’d like to share my review.

About the Thai food stall “Thai Food” in Marche Thonglor food court

About a 10-minute walk from BTS Thonglor Station, you’ll find “Marche Thonglor,” a shopping mall by the Central Group. While the TOPS supermarket is on the first floor, the Thai food stall “Thai Food” is located in the food court on the second floor.

“Thai Food” Menu (Photos, Prices, Review)

I tried the “Crispy Pork Gaprao” for 90B. Crispy pork is Chinese-style roasted pork belly with the skin on. I first fell in love with crispy pork gaprao at “Stall Near Japanese School,” a Thai eatery near the Japanese school, and it’s become one of my favorites. The crispy pork in the fried rice at “Bamee Khon Sae Lee” is also delicious.

Because it’s crispy, it has a satisfying crunch. Juicy meat juices also overflow. It has a stronger pork flavor than the usual minced meat gaprao. While it doesn’t quite match the感動 of “Stall Near Japanese School,” it’s great that you can get this dish without being too far from the station.

There are several other types of gaprao available, and you can add a fried egg. I believe they had other menu items besides gaprao. You can eat there in the food court, or you can get it for takeaway.

Recommendation Level for “Thai Food”

To be helpful, I’ll assign a score following the style of Tabelog (Japan’s top restaurant-review site). For the Thai food stall “Thai Food” in the Marche Thonglor food court, I personally feel it’s equivalent to a 3.0 on Tabelog, so I’ll note that down.

Conclusion

The Thai food stall “Thai Food” in the Marche Thonglor food court is recommended for those who love Crispy Pork Gaprao. It’s also on the cheaper side for a food court, making it a good option for those looking for a casual meal.
