About a 20-minute drive south from BTS Phrom Phong or BTS Thong Lo stations, in the heart of Bangkok, lies “Khlong Toei Port.” A short 5-minute boat ride across the Chao Phraya River will take you to “Bangkachao,” a popular artificial island and healing spot. Often called the “Lungs of Bangkok,” Bangkachao is a green oasis teeming with trees and clean air, despite its proximity to the city center. It’s a perfect spot for relaxation and outdoor activities.
There’s a bicycle rental shop right where you get off the boat. Renting a bicycle is the best way to get around Bangkachao. About a 10-minute ride will bring you to “Bangkachao Park” (Official Name: Si Nakhorn Khuean Khan Park).” You can enjoy cycling and feeding the fish here.

All the menu items are affordably priced, reflecting local prices.
I tried the “Caramel Macchiato (50 THB),” “Vanilla Ice Cream (50 THB),” and “Chocolate Chip Ice Cream (50 THB),” and all were delicious.
They also had food options on the menu, which I’d like to try on my next visit.
The cafe offers a pleasant forest bathing experience with its stylish interior and comfortable ambiance.
Recommendation for “Deep in Bangkachao”
As I only had drinks and ice cream this time, I will refrain from rating Deep in Bangkachao.
