Introduction

I recently visited the seafood specialty restaurant “KinKin Seafood,” located in the food court on the B1 floor of EmQuartier, directly connected to BTS Phrom Phong Station. I’d like to share my review.

About the seafood specialty restaurant “KinKin Seafood” in Phrom Phong at EmQuartier

EmQuartier is a large commercial complex directly connected to BTS Phrom Phong Station. On the B1 floor, there’s a food court, and within it, you’ll find “KinKin Seafood,” a specialty seafood restaurant. It takes about a 5-minute walk from the Phrom Phong Station ticket gates to KinKin Seafood. Since it’s indoors, you don’t have to worry about the rain.

KinKin Seafood offers a variety of seafood dishes. My eyes immediately went to the crab fried rice, but they also had pasta and other menu items.

KinKin Seafood Menu (Photos, Prices, and Review)

I personally think the fried rice in Bangkok is of a very high standard, and crab in Bangkok is inexpensive and a great value. So, I immediately ordered the “Crab Fried Rice (Khao Pad Pu)” for 100 THB. The crab is served with shells, so you’ll need to shell it as you eat.

The taste was reliably good. Bangkok fried rice truly never disappoints. However, if you ask what’s special about KinKin Seafood’s crab fried rice, it didn’t really have any distinct characteristics. The fact that you can eat crab fried rice affordably at the EmQuartier food court is a big plus.

I’ve had their pasta before, and I recall that also not having any particularly distinctive features.

Recommendation Level for KinKin Seafood

To be helpful, I’ll assign a score following the style of Tabelog (Japan’s top restaurant-review site). For “KinKin Seafood” in the EmQuartier food court in Phrom Phong, I personally estimate it to be around a 3.1 on Tabelog. I’ll leave this note here.

The ability to eat crab fried rice affordably at the EmQuartier food court is a highly rated point. On the other hand, the lack of any particularly distinctive features might make it difficult to rate highly.

Conclusion

“KinKin Seafood,” a specialty seafood restaurant in the EmQuartier food court in Phrom Phong, offers delicious and affordable crab fried rice. It’s recommended for seafood lovers!
