By chance, on this particular day, Funky Sueyoshi, the drummer for the famous Japanese band Bakufu Slump, was present as a customer and even played the drums! It was a fantastic Deep Purple cover.

The “Thai Mixed Nuts” for snacking are priced at 160 THB and are incredibly delicious! It’s a simple dish of roasted cashews tossed with chili, fresh onions, lime, and seasonings. What makes the ones here so special is their savory depth. While Thai mixed nuts are typically spicy and sour, these have a distinct umami flavor, suggesting a subtle hidden ingredient like fish sauce. I’ve tried them at several pubs, and these are by far the best.
