Introduction I went to a Thai ramen restaurant called “Bamee Kon Sae Lee” located about a 2-minute walk from BTS Thonglor Station, so I would like to review it. Thai ramen restaurant “Bamee Kon Sae Lee” @Thonglor The Thai ramen shop “Bamee Kon Sae Lee” is located about a 2-minute walk from BTS Thonglor Station. It’s along Sukhumvit Road. It’s easy to find because there are chunks of pork hanging in front of the store. Bamee Kon Sae Lee is a famous restaurant for Thai ramen, or “Kuay Teow”, and they especially serve “Bamee” among the varieties of Kuay Teow. Audrey is a restaurant run by a famous Thai actress, and apparently has about five branches in Thailand. In addition to Thonglor, there are branches in Siam Center, Phrom Phong EmQuartier, Ladprao Central Plaza, and Khao Yai. The Thonglor branch is a detached restaurant, characterized by a Western-style building and a lovely garden. The lovely garden has a large tree with a swing hanging from it. The building and garden of Audrey Cafe Thonglor are all stylish and hospitable, and the atmosphere seems good for a wedding reception. I went to “Yakiniku (Japanese BBQ) Ginza-do” located in the shopping facility called Ginza Thonglor attached to Hotel Nikko Bangkok, so I would like to review it. “Yakiniku (Japanese BBQ) Ginza-do” @ Thonglor Hotel Nikko “Yakiniku (Japanese BBQ) Ginza-do” is located on the 3rd floor of Ginza Thonglor, an annex to the Hotel Nikko Bangkok, about a 3-minute walk from BTS Thonglor Station. Ginza-do is a high-end yakiniku restaurant, and a meal and drink in the evening can easily cost more than 1,500 to 2,000 baht. The Old English Pub is located along Sukhumvit Road just below Thong Lo Station. The Old English Pub is an orthodox English pub with a pool table, sports on TV, and British pop background music. Most of the customers are farang (especially British), and it is a social gathering place for them from morning till night. Although English is required, many of the customers are friendly, so it is easy for Japanese people to join. Even if you are thinking twice about going to a pub or bar, I think you should feel free to give it a try!
