Now, let’s announce the ranking!

1. Bornga / Bong-ga (Phrom Phong, Korean Cuisine, 3.8 points)

Bornga offers delicious and great value weekday lunch sets. The main dish comes with banchan (side dishes) and a slice of watermelon for dessert. Main dish options include Bulgogi-style stir-fried pork, Sundubu Jjigae, and Stone Pot Bibimbap, all of which are tasty. As someone who enjoys rich flavors, the Bulgogi-style stir-fried pork was simply the best. The banchan offers 8 varieties, and refills are free. The kimchi was particularly delicious. The restaurant has a spacious interior design and even offers paid VIP rooms, making it very user-friendly.

4. Miso Men Chikura (Phrom Phong, Ramen, 3.7 points)

Miso Men Chikura is a specialty miso ramen shop that has honed its craft in Japan and Vietnam for 32 years. The sign says “Hokkaido Miso Ramen.” The “Rich Miso Ramen M” is 290 THB, and upon arrival, a wonderful aroma of sansho (Sichuan pepper) fills the air. It doesn’t smell like a typical ramen shop; it’s more akin to a high-end restaurant or a fancy Chinese eatery. When I asked the owner, he mentioned adding a bit of hua jiao (Sichuan pepper). Just thinking about it makes my mouth water. The soup is rich and aged with miso, and it clings perfectly to the wavy noodles.
